Grill Use 6/19
As many have already seen, the HOA has purchased and had installed 2 high end charcoal grills in stonework with granite tops for our homeowners to use. One of the grills (closest to the pool) will be available to those whom choose to reserve the Amenity Center along with personal use of this BBQ grill (this must be mentioned at the time of reservation). This grill will be kept locked at all times. If you reserve the Amenity Center and wish to utilize this grill, you will be given the lock code to unlock the lock. Please make sure upon completion of its use, it is completely clean (just like you found it) and lock the lock. In order to operate the lock, first turn the dial to the correct code, then press in the shackle. This will release it. To relock the lock, turn the code dials randomly, then lock in the shackle to lock.
Your deposit (that is required to reserve the Amenity Center) will be held until the grill has been inspected to insure it has been cleaned and coals have been removed (this will only apply if at the time of the reservation, you inform RealManage that you wish to utilize the BBQ grill).
The other BBQ grill may be used at anytime by any homeowner. We do ask that you clean the grill upon completion of its use. This means cleaning of the grates and the emptying of used charcoal and ashes. Please be aware that emptying of hot coals into the trash can will start a fire and you will be held accountable. All we ask is that you be respectful of your fellow homeowners so that they may also utilize this grill.
