New Amenity Waiver
Talise de Culebra Members,
Your community association pool will open on May 23rd. In order to maintain compliance with state and local orders, the pool will be opened in a limited capacity. Please review the details below with your household members.
Please review these guidelines with your household members.
The Board intends to enforce a zero tolerance policy for pool rules and regulation. Residents that do not comply with any posted rules and regulations or fail to comply with requests or requirements by the pool monitor and lifeguards’ instructions are subject to suspension of pool privileges for the reminder of year and any damages or fines in accordance with the association’s governing documents.
WAIVERS:
The new attached updated waiver will be required for all association members to use the pool. It is important that the waiver is returned to us by email, fax, or mail before June 15, 2020. After this date, cards will be deactivated for those without a waiver on file and may take several days to reactivate once we received the signed waiver. A copy of the waiver will be mailed to each homeowner as well.
Return Signed Waivers to:
Email: TALDECUL@ciramail.com
Mail: 12500 San Pedro Avenue, STE 325, San Antonio, TX 78216
FAX: 866-919-5696
Important: If you visit the pool, you will be required to sign a waiver each time through June 15th. This is because the pool monitors are not tracking the waivers and need to ensure each person entering the pool area has signed a waiver. If you sign a waiver at the pool it will be forwarded to RealManage and you do not need to send one by email, fax, or mail.
