Happy New Year! We truly hope you and your families had a great holiday and prosperous safe New Year!

The Board will be kicking the year off by holding its first Board meeting on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 6:00 PM.

To maintain social distancing, the meeting will take place via Zoom. All homeowners are encouraged to attend to observe the Board conduct important Association business matters.

Please find attached for your review and reference the meeting agenda. An open forum will be held at the end of the meeting for questions, comments and feedback.

In an effort to ensure all have the opportunity to speak, the open forum is limited to two (2) minutes per person. You are also welcome to send your comments, and questions to management by email.

Management will ensure all are presented to the Board for review at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you all there!
