Talise De Culebra will be having a Board of Directors Meeting on October 1, 2024 at 6:30 pm. The meeting will take place at the pool community center. This will precede the reconvened Annual Meeting which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Attached in this message is the planned agenda for the board meeting. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage all resident to join the meeting where discussion key topics relevant to the community are able to be addressed

We encourage homeowners to bring their lawn chairs to the Annual Meeting. We will be setting up the small tables that we have for children and a couple more portable tables, we also have the two existing picnic tables available to for the community.
Date and Time: Monday, August 26th at 6:30 p.m.
It will be a very informative meeting and an opportunity to voice your concerns to HOA-Botanicals, Tiger Sanitation and Associa, after their presentations.

Reconvene of Annual Community Meeting
Talise de Culebra Members,
In accordance with the governing documents of the Talise de Culebra Homeowners, Inc., the reconvening of the Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, October 18, 2023 held at the community pavilion at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting will be:
To elect three members to the Board of Directors
To consider reports of the affairs of the Association
To transact any other business which may properly come before the meeting
Enclosed for your review are:
1. YTD Expenses & Budget
2. A proxy in the event you are unable to attend the meeting
3. A ballot for electronic, absentee or directed proxy voting
4. Voting Instructions
5. A complete listing of management duties
In the event you are unable to attend this very important meeting, please complete the proxy and return it to Associa at 300 East Sonterra Blvd, Suite 250, San Antonio, Texas 78258 no later than Tuesday, October 17, 2023 or email to lisa.parry@associa.us . You may also give the proxy to one of your neighbors who will be attending.
Your involvement is vital in preserving the quality of your Association.
Homeowners check in will begin 5:30 p.m. to ensure each attendee receives meeting materials with no delay of meeting. Meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Happy New Year! We truly hope you and your families had a great holiday and prosperous safe New Year!
The Board will be kicking the year off by holding its first Board meeting on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
To maintain social distancing, the meeting will take place via Zoom. All homeowners are encouraged to attend to observe the Board conduct important Association business matters.
Please find attached for your review and reference the meeting agenda. An open forum will be held at the end of the meeting for questions, comments and feedback.
In an effort to ensure all have the opportunity to speak, the open forum is limited to two (2) minutes per person. You are also welcome to send your comments, and questions to management by email.
Management will ensure all are presented to the Board for review at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you all there!
